obamacare is unique to force people into these exchanges. what about this idea. if the political environment is tough with fb a reason to delay the law or grant a waiver to the law if you cite to the political environment as your justification? congress isn't doing what i want. i may suffer political damage so i'm going to do it anyway. i think in your testimony you did make some good points. i will give you that. you didn't cite the justification for delaying the mandate. he was asked about a press conference and he said in the normal political environment i would call the speaker and say this doesn't go to the essence of the law and we would've delay for a year but the but there wasn't a political environment on quote unquote obamacare. i think that is totally outlandish of the explanation and even more because congress by the time he made that statement had already passed the bill to delay the employer mandate precisely for the reason the president suggested. let me ask another question because professor turley, i appreciate her testimony and you cite above examples of the founding father

purpose is to provide high quality environment work such as the rec and park to name a few. with regard to rec and park we've enjoyed a relationship and we've installed structures at the gilman playground and ralph playground and hertz playground to name a few and provided community garden development and trail maintenance in glen common and berry no heights and all of those were done with various mechanisms. however, we bring money to the table. so finally, from 19 to the perpetrate sf cc has provided $1.4 million of the property 84 funding we received from the state to remove and rebuild remaining walls and this in the buena invest and adams rogers just to name a few. at the conclusion we having ask the rec and park fill out an evaluation for the core member performance and the overall quality of the project. for the future we want to partner with rec and park to get some funding forbid the rec and parks trail fund and others. in some cases the application will be more competitive if you use the core as a partner to perform the work >> thank you for your time and attention i wa

address is elevators and in san francisco given that we're such a dense urban environment with all of our buildings going up instead of out elevators are really what it takes to make an skeshl accessible home. and many may have seen an article in the kron c h.r. onicle about a week ago. what we learned in that article is the housing like many buildings has been having a hard time maintaining their elevators and these properties are affordable housing and by definition what we find in terms of of the population living in the buildings a high rate of older adults and people who are living with disabilities so when an elevator goes out for an hour or day or week what happens is people are either trapped in their homes or trapped outside of their homes but not able to go to the store or appointments or to visit or to engage so an elevator out age really has a big effect on people. by raising this issue i'm not trying to single out the housing authority because the housing authority is really just one example of a property owner that is faced with this problem. what we have in san franc
